God has a way of talking to us through the most random things. Okay, so this is going to sound strange but tonight while watching The Bachelorette, I got extremely teary-eyed. Not because I thought the love that Ali and Roberto had was real and I want that (though this is true). But, when Ali let go an amazing guy, Chris, both of them saw a rainbow in the sky. Now, if you had been watching this season, Chris constantly talked about an amazing mom he had. He always mentioned the love his mother portrayed and how much she loved rainbows. She passed away from cancer and the day that Ali let him go, he saw a rainbow in the sky. I started crying because I immediately thought of God's love for me. I know a weird way to hear God. But, He can use ANYTHING and everything to talk to us. All we have to do is just listen. Listening to God all day, every day can be a very difficult thing to do. We sometimes get confused on whether or not God is speaking to us or if we are making things up in our heads. But, let me tell you when you just sit and listen to what God has to offer you, you will most definitely know what He is saying. There is no mistake about that. There is peace and love and an overwhelming feeling of just knowing that you are in God's presence. I cannot even start to explain that feeling right there. I am so in love with God right now. I encourage you to just be still and listen.

Honestly, I felt the same thing when that happening...it gave me chills and I could just feel the presence of God..definitely. I did get a little down when I saw the love they had and I had to admit that I had a bit of jealousy in me because I long for that SO much and I feel like that is never going to come and it just breaks my heart to think or hear about it sometimes, but I know that God has great plans for me.
